Which cloud platform is best - Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud?
It depends on your business needs, existing software, budget, and technical requirements. Most NZ SMEs start with Microsoft 365 for productivity (email, Office apps, Teams) and add Azure for additional infrastructure. We'll recommend the right platform mix during your consultation.
Will we experience downtime during migration?
Minimal to zero downtime is our standard. We migrate in phases, typically outside business hours, and ensure employees can keep working throughout the process. Most migrations happen seamlessly without anyone noticing.
Is the cloud really more secure than our current setup?
When configured properly, yes, significantly more secure. Cloud platforms like Microsoft and AWS invest billions in security that no SME could match in-house. What happens if NSP goes out of business or we want to leave?
You own your cloud environment and data, not us. If we ever part ways, you have complete control and can migrate to another provider or manage it yourself. No lock-in contracts, and we'll provide documentation and support for transition if needed.
Do you support cloud services for businesses outside Auckland?
Yes. We support cloud services for businesses across New Zealand including Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin, and regional areas. Cloud services don't require us to be on-site, though we're available for on-site visits in major centers when needed.
Can you work with our existing IT provider?
